To help you understand the costs and choose
your appropriate level of care, the following
guidelines are offered:

Payment is due at the conclusion
of every session.

You will be held responsible
for the costs associated with returned checks,
denied credit card payments, and collection
fees.

Cancellation or rescheduling
requires a 24-hour notice. Failure to notify
will result in a full-fee charge.

Failing to arrive for two
consecutive sessions will result in the suspension
of treatment. You will need to call the office
to discuss rescheduling.
